Preparing for Easter at Grace Alive

Easter at Grace Alive will be a reminder of the hope found in Jesus Christ’s Resurrection amid a year marked by sickness and death. If there’s one thing to be at this Easter season, it should be Easter at Grace Alive as we come together to celebrate the victory found in Jesus Christ.

While we come together to celebrate this victory, we also want to do so in a responsible way for your family as well as your guests. In order to gather safely, we will be having two identical services April 4th at 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM to provide the space for everyone who calls Grace Alive home as well as your family and guests to join us for this special day. We will have limited attendance, and we ask that everyone RSVP.

We will also have Grace Alive Kids available for kids two years old through fourth grade at both services. Our volunteer teams will remain masked the entire time, and our teams work hard to maintain distancing and prevent the exchange of toys from one child to another. We also limit our classroom sizes to allow for appropriate distancing so an advance RSVP is requested as capacity limits are strictly followed.

We share all of this to encourage you, your family, and your friends to be a part of Easter at Grace Alive this upcoming Sunday. We are making room and taking precautions to gather responsibly so you can invite someone to share in the joy of the resurrection this Easter.

What precautions are in place for in person Easter at Grace Alive?

You can expect:

  • Limited attendance. We are asking everyone to RSVP. We are also roping off chairs and seating households at least 6 feet apart.

  • Clean spaces. We are cleaning and sanitizing all of our environments for your safety and following cleaning protocols throughout our services.

  • Doing our part. Just as we ask you to follow certain guidelines (below), all of our staff and volunteers will do the same.

We ask that you:

  • Wear a mask. Please wear a face mask that fully covers your nose and mouth.

  • Keep your hands clean. We will have hand sanitizer stations at the ready.

  • Greet each other with an air high-five. We will be so happy to see you!

What precautions are in place for Grace Alive Kids?

  • Limited Attendance. We are asking all families to RSVP their kids. We are following strict classroom capacity limits. We also ask that only one parent enter Grace Alive Kids for drop off.

  • Temperature Screening. At check-in, all kids and parents will receive a temperature screening prior to entering Grace Alive Kids. We ask that kids and families with any symptoms of sickness remain at home.

  • Sanitization. Our classrooms are fully sanitized prior to usage and sanitization of items and toys are done throughout class time as needed. We also have all kids sanitize their hands throughout their time in Grace Alive Kids.
