Women of Faith Series Recap
In this series, we highlight women in the biblical narrative and throughout Church history.
Across history, women have often been neglected and sometimes minimized their impact on the ministry of the local church. Hopefully, through this series, we can be proactive in starting a healthy view of women in the Bible, church history, and ultimately, our local church.
The framework of what we want to affirm is:
Men and women were created equal before God both bearing His image.
Men and Women are complimentary. Distinctions between the genders is a part of God’s design.
Due to the distortion of sin, we have to frequently bring our understanding of womanhood to the Bible.
